I fell in love with the chunky reclaimed wood style on their website and decided the price was worth it for an item I'd want to keep for a lifetime. The customer service was excellent, and emails were replied to immediately. Construction took a few weeks but that's to be expected. When the bookcase was ready, I was offered a range of delivery options. Usually, I struggle taking large deliveries as I work all week and can't book time off. The delivery came on a weekend and the two delivery men put the bookcase just where we wanted, a good job as it weighs a ton! We were given some polish and advice on aftercare which will help us keep our furniture in great condition. All in all, I couldn't be happier.
