A pre-order allows customers to reserve upcoming products before their official release date.
Pre-order items are clearly identified on our product pages and are not available for immediate shipment until the product has been officially released and received into our inventory.
2. Pre-Order Availability
Pre-order availability is based on estimated allocations from suppliers and manufacturers.
Because some collectible products are limited releases, quantities may be restricted.
BinderKing reserves the right to:

3. Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated during checkout.
By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize BinderKing to process payment for the reserved product.
4. Release Dates & Delays
Pre-order release dates are provided based on information from manufacturers and suppliers.
Release dates are estimates and may change due to:

BinderKing is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping carriers.
5. Shipping Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will be shipped after:

Inventory has been received and inspected.

Your order is ready for fulfillment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.
6. Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
If separate shipping is available, additional shipping charges may apply.
To avoid delays, we recommend placing pre-order items separately from in-stock products when you want immediate shipment.
7. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order cancellation requests may be accepted before the product enters the shipping process.
Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
