This very dramatic and ornately carved mirror frame is made from an antique door frame from Andhra Pradesh and dates from the 19th century.
Antique Indian door frames like this are reclaimed from derelict buildings in Rajasthan & Gujarat. Sadly these buildings are beyond restoring having been subjected to years of decay. We are preserving these treasures for future generations.
