Outstanding customer service, excellent furniture!The customer service at ESL is what separates them from anywhere else (for me, anyway). Their customer service team are super friendly and helpful, giving advice, taking photos of the products your interested in, matching colour schemes, everything - and all of this whilst not being pushy at all about sales or buying their furniture. The undeniable fact is, the furniture is beautifully crafted, unique and simply excellent. The delivery of said furniture is also a great experience, with the 2 man team delivering the pieces to whichever room you need, giving you all the care and setup instructions, and making sure they're careful and neat before leaving. Again, I cannot stress how beautiful the furniture is - everyone who visits comments on the cabinets and desk and asks where they came from. I recommend this company to anyone - family, friends, strangers... They do not disappoint!
