Thse exquisitely painted Indian doors are from the town of Bikaner in Rajasthan and datefromt the 19thC.
The original painting has long since faded and peeled in the aggressive heat of the Rajasthani desert and was replaced in the 1930's with the current visible murals. Nontheless, th artist's work is exceptional and excentuated by the polish finish done in our Wiltshire workshops by our skilled restorers.
