Blue Painted Mihrab Mirror

This characterful painted mihrab mirror is handcrafted from reclaimed teak and inspired by the pointed architectural arches found throughout Mughal and North Indian design. The recessed mirror opening creates a simple, distinctive shape that gives the piece an architectural quality.

The frame retains layers of vivid blue paint, naturally worn and distressed to reveal darker tones and areas of timber beneath. This aged surface, together with the marks and imperfections of the reclaimed wood, gives each mirror its individual character.

Its compact proportions make it ideal for a hallway, bedroom or smaller wall space, while several can also be grouped together to create a decorative display.
