Vintage Woven Willow Farmers Basket - Ca 1940's

This vintage woven willow basket would have been used by Chinese villagers to take produce to and from markets.
Beautifully woven and sturdy, it has seen a lot of use over time as is evident by the wear marks on the handle. It has developed a lovely rich brown colour and is still very usable today.
